Our Insurance Claim Process

Step 01

Reporting your Claim

If you have a claim it is better to call us first, if you have already called your insurance don’t worry it’s not too late just call us straight away. We will carry out our first survey either on the day or within two working days.
Step 02

Our Assessment

We have a team of qualified building surveoyrs and engineers so we will assess all damage thoroughly and ensure that anything damaged and covered on your policy will be accounted for in your claim.

Step 03

Meeting the Insurance Company Loss Adjuster

The Insurance company will appoint their own adjuster. We will be there to meet them on site to go through every part of your claim. It generally takes 3-5 working days to get an loss adjuster to call to your property.
Step 04

Submission of Claim

We will handle the preparation of all necessary documentation for the insurance company, including repair estimates, receipts for damaged items, and detailed reports from contractors.
Step 05

Claim Negotiation

For a standard claim, we typically receive an initial offer within two weeks. Our priority is to ensure that this offer accurately reflects the true value of your loss. If the assessment is unfair or inaccurate, we will challenge it on your behalf, working diligently to secure a settlement that fully compensates you.

Customer Service

Once the settlement is finalised with our loss assessors, our team of dedicated customer service professionals will keep you informed with regular updates on your claim payment. They will also follow up to ensure you receive your settlement from the insurance company promptly and without delay.
